TSMP was founded on the foundation of Beowulf Rochlen's extensive career in the realms of radio and podcasting. With over two decades of experience, he has collaborated with some of the industry's most prominent figures, establishing himself as a distinguished authority in show development, guest booking, and post-production editing and distribution.
TSMP's co-founder, Lisa, has been a dedicated full-time caregiver to their daughters for 18 years. One of their daughters requires significant and ongoing support due to disabilities, which has honed Lisa's skills in administration, management, and efficiency out of necessity.
The inception of TSMP was driven by their desire to break free from the constraints of traditional employment, enabling them to equally contribute to their daughter's needs, spend quality family time together, and offer Lisa the opportunity to transition into paid work that truly acknowledges her past achievements.
Together, Beowulf and Lisa lead a dynamic team that specializes in guest booking, meticulous show preparation, audio editing, and efficient podcast distribution. What sets TSMP apart is our unwavering commitment to understanding the unique needs of each client, fostering enduring working relationships, and delivering exceptional results with remarkable responsiveness. We also specialize in quick turnaround of our post-production products.
Why "Two Squared"
Two Squared has a double meaning for us:
-There are two parents and two kids in the founders' household
-Beowulf and Lisa are very square personalities.
Lisa brings a background in management, guest booking, and audio production to her role at Two Squared Media Productions. She has a varied education including BA in mathematics, certificate in massage therapy and certificate in advocacy for people with disabilities. She also loves painting, knitting, video and board games.
Beowulf has worked in radio and podcast production for over twenty years and has worked with many of America's top-rated shows and best known talent. He loves old films and bad puns.
Rosabelle Heine is a Senior Producer at Two Squared Media Productions where she has produced podcasts such as The Michael Steele Podcast and the nationally syndicated radio program The Rick Ungar Show. In 2021, she created a series focused on the cultural changes that unfolded during the pandemic, speaking with experts on topics ranging from fashion to friendship. Before joining Two Squared, Rosabelle created the first community radio and podcasting platform at her alma mater, Soka University. Rosabelle loves podcasting for its ability to connect, entertain and educate. When she isn’t producing audio pieces, Rosabelle likes to play tennis, write songs on her mandolin and drink copious amounts of yerba maté. She’s based in Portland, Oregon.
Aaron is an Audio and Video Editor for Two Squared Media Productions. He also works as a Commercial Producer and has been creating television commercials for local businesses and nonprofits for over twenty years. He started his career in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has worked in many cities including Youngstown, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Bend, Oregon. Creating podcasts is a new venture for him, but video is his passion and he’s delighted to bring his skillset to a new and growing medium. When not producing content, he enjoys spending time with his partner and dogs, playing video games, attending concerts, collecting vinyl records, gardening, and exploring nature.
